The Alesis Nitro Max offers slightly better value for money, in my opinion. Considering the versatility is close to exact on both kits, the player-friendly features, and the price difference, the Nitro Max is a close winner. That being said, the DED-200X is still a really good kit offering almost the same features at a slightly different price range.

As close to a tie as it can get, however, the Alesis Nitro Max offers slightly more value for money, in my opinion. With a larger snare pad, Bluetooth connectivity, and player-friendly features, it is an excellent e-drum for beginners and even intermediates. The DED-200X is still a good option to consider if it suits your preferences.
