The bottom line, both kits offer very similar value for money. While the DED-200X has slightly more features, sounds, and sampling options, the price difference makes the DED-100 stand out as a close competitor. Since most of the differences are very minor, I'd give this head-to-head a clear tie as the DED-100 brings almost the same value to the table despite its lower price tag.
