The Millenium MPS-850 has an additional tom pad and a cymbal pad, while the MPS-750X has a better drum module with more sounds and Bluetooth built-in, which is great for practicing. So, if you need the extra pads on the MPS-850, then that would be a great choice for you. If, however, you do not need the extra pads, the upgraded drum module of the MPS-750X has better value.
